Annie Mist Thorisdottir is from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is an Icelandic CrossFit pro athlete. She's the co-owner of Crossfit Reykjavik where she also instructs and trains. Annie is the first woman to take home the CrossFit Games twice. The CrossFit Games were her second place CrossFit Games in 2010 and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelandic weightlifter and CrossFit participant and media star is one of the CrossFit athletes from Iceland. She was the first female to be awarded at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and 2012, twice. She is also known for being the winner of both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 as well as the 2017 Dubai Fitness Competition. Annie, along with parents and her siblings, was born in Reykjavik Iceland. In her early years she was a huge fan of sports and exercise. She was a participant in numerous school competitions and was awarded a variety of medals. The first time she participated was time in 2009, in the CrossFit Games in California and did very well. Annie Thorisdottir, at the time of her 2021 birthday, is aged 31. She stands at 5'7" and her weight is approximately the 67-kg mark. Annie began with her CrossFit training in the year 2009 California. She did well in her first games and finished in the top 10 out of 70. However, she didn't win a title and finished the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen. Annie came in second in CrossFit Games and was awarded an award of Silver that year. Because of her outstanding performances, she was able to win her first CrossFit Games title and become the first female CrossFit Games winner. Annie was a winner, having outstanding 2012. CrossFit Games performance, became the very first woman to win both CrossFit Games. Also, she received a trophy of silver in 2014 and the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie is currently a coach as well as a trainer in Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie has gained fame for her athletic abilities has appeared in advertisements of athletic products, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration sidekick Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs, among many more. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube Channel, where training videos as well as travel and family videos are posted.
