Anne Heche became an American actor when she appeared in the soap opera Another World. She accused the actor of sexually assaulting her and later he passed away due to AIDS. She lost contact with both her mother as well as her sole sister while she stood up for her father. The actress was featured on a variety of television shows and films like "Fatal Desire"," "The Brave," "Wild Side," as well as, more recent, "I Know What You did last Summer." Her relationship with Ellen DeGeneres was a major controversy. Following that, she was engaged to Coley Laffoon. The couple divorced after a while.
